Thank you for playing in our College Football Picks of the Week. We hope you enjoyed the season as much as we did. Now it's time to move onto the 2021-2022 College Football Bowl games. Stay tuned for more information!

Here's how to play...

Visit our website each week to access the weekly ACC/SEC match-ups. Using our digital form, pick the winner of each game by putting a check in the box in the next to the team’s name and enter your contact info at the bottom of the page. Once you've submitted your picks, you will receive a copy of your submission... that way, you know your picks came through successfully!

You can see how you are doing against your rivals by checking the weekly standings each week on the Events/Promotions page at precision-rehabilitation.com. Everyone who plays will be issued a Player ID#. Use your Player ID# to track your progress each week and see how you are doing throughout the season. If you've played with us before and do not remember your Player ID# OR if you'd like to sign up for our weekly e-mail reminders, send us an e-mail at s.arceneaux@precision-rehabilitation.com .

ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 5:00 PM EACH THURSDAY (or before the start of each weeks games).

Weekly Prizes will be awarded as well as The Grand Prize at the end of the regular season to the individual with the highest score.

You must submit your picks for a minimum of 8 weeks of the 2021 Season to be eligible for the grand prize of a $50 VISA card.

New in 2021... We're going digital! All College Football Picks of the Week will be accepted via the link found here. Paper, email, or fax submissions will not be accepted.
